What I will miss most about this community survey is the children. Not the process of doing the survey, not the plenty of free time spent there without us being able to go back to our dorm, not the feeling of entering a different world. It is the children. They are soo cutee, and sooo carefreee, I'm so jealous! Playing and talking with them made me feel so umm, best! I don't know how to describe my feeling in words, and watching them swimming and playing in the river made me miss my childhood, eventhough mine is not as carefree as theirs. And the craving of attention from outsiders like us, their amazement towards gadgets, their eagerness to help us bring our things around and their touch, haha, I love the feeling when they took my hands and we walk together, I love it when they hug me. I love it when they are being shy and in the same time eager to talk to us. I love it when they followed us around to do the survey. I love them. Oh and I love it when they try to remember names and taught us their language.

And I started to miss them the moment they ran back home when the rain poured :)

On feeling relaxed

Rindulah nak pergi wad and then ambil history dari patients. Rindu nak borak-borak kosong dengan patient. Rindu dengan macam-macam ragam patient. Rindu nak jadi seorang med student yang kurang etika sikit tu. Rinduuu.

Post Forensic, Legal Medicine, Ethics and Professional Conducts course, now I know there are loads of things we shouldn't take for granted in this field, kalau tidak boleh dapat disciplinary action from the medical council and habislah kerjaya, and you know, being a patient, you are actually a client to the doctor treating you, so you have all rights to your health (by all rights I mean ALL, except for certain things where it might harm you) and the doctor needs to give you proper care. Yes, cakap balik apa yang semua orang pun dah tahu :) Anyway, I'm home again for another 3 weeks, thanks pmc, now I can celebrate raya cina sepuas-puasnya before classes start for 4 months to complete my recent year of studies :)
